RAHMSCHNITZEL

Breaded boneless pork cutlet sautéed and served with a mushroom cream sauce, house Spätzle and fresh vegetables.

JÄGERSCHNITZEL

Pork cutlet, sautéed and served in a rich Hunter’s mushroom sauce, with house Spätzle and vegetables.

SAUERBRATEN

Bavarian style marinated beef in a sweet-sour sauce, served with red cabbage and a bacon potato dumpling.

ROULADEN

Thinly sliced beef rolled with bacon, pickles, onions, and mustard, braised and served with a dark gravy, fried potatoes, and red cabbage.

FLAMMKUCHEN

Traditional of Alsace, a thin pizza-like crust topped with apples, onions, mushrooms, nuts, and bacon with a sour cream sauce served with an assorted German salad. Choice of Traditional or Mediterranean vegetarian with (basil, tomato, garlic, olive, onion)

BRATWURST

Grilled German style sausage (choice of one or two) with a mushroom hunter sauce, sauerkraut and fried potatoes.

MAULTASCHEN

A Swabian style pasta pocket filled with a delicious mixture of meats and vegetables, served with an assorted German salad.

BAKED BRIE EN CROUTE

Brie cheese, prosciutto ham, and cooked ham baked into a puff pastry shell and served with fresh fruits.

CHICKEN WALDORF SALAD

Homemade chicken curry salad over avocado, served with fresh fruit, and mixed greens.

SUMMER BERRY SALAD

Fruit, berries, scallions, and nuts tossed with mixed greens and topped with a light raspberry vinaigrette. add grilled chicken +$

CASHEW CRUSTED CHICKEN

Two breasts with golden cashew crust and a side of lingonberry preserves served with fresh fruit.

Diced chicken, ham, bacon, tomato, avocado, cheese, and hard boiled eggs over fresh salad with our house vinaigrette.

The price of entree includes a brötchen & butter.
Extra brötchen can be purchased for .50 each, or $2 a basket.

For Parties of six or more an 20% service charge will be added.
