Traditional spit style cured pork loin grilled and stuffed with spices and roasted onions, house spätzle and red cabbage.

Bavarian style marinated beef in a sweet-sour sauce, served with red cabbage and a bacon potato dumpling.

BAYRISCHE SCHWEINSHAXE 

A 22+oz skin on, bone in ham shank, beer marinated and slow cooked. Finished on the grill for flavor. Fried potatoes and sauerkraut.

12 oz Rib eye topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms and a burgundy red wine sauce, served with fried potatoes and fresh vegetables.
