Pork cutlet, breaded and topped with a piquant tomato sauce of sauteed julienne onions and bell peppers, mushrooms and a touch of cream. Served with fried potatoes and fresh vegetable

Tender but hearty buffalo in a creamy red wine, sour cream and fresh m·ushroom sauce, served with homemade spaetzle and vegetables.

Bavarian style marinated beef in sweet sour sauce, served with bacon potato dumpling and red cabbage
